Our project management team will provide the necessary leadership to plan and execute the cross-functional activity of the projects.We will ensure the projects are on time and in the defined budget with a commitment to intergrate quality in all areas of work. We can assist in recruiting qualified and GCP trained investigators and sites through our direct contacts. We will train investigators and site personnel, and also prepare clinical development plan.
BA/BE & Clinical trials like all projects require reliable and quality data in time. We will plan and manage with responsibility the projects, after evaluating the risks possible bottlenecks and will agree on communication program with the schedule for activities.
